We trust that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund or replacement.  Please carefully read and follow the Return Policy.

All merchandise must be in its original packaging as shipped. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will not be credited or replaced! Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Just Email us at ctreasures@bellsouth.net within 7 days of receiving it so we can issue an RMA number, and then be sure to return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned without an RMA number or not returned within 30 days will not be credited or refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on these items. No COD will be accepted.  Please be sure to keep the tracking number issued by your shipper in case it is damaged during the return trip. Refunds and credits cannot be given on returned items that are damaged during the return shipping. You will need to file a claim with your shipper.
